2c. ANY MEMBER WHO REPEATEDLY GET COMPLAINTS OF HARRASSING FEMALE MEMBERS BY REPEATEDLY DISTURBING, CURSE AND USE INDECENT OR RUDE LANGUAGE WHEN USING OUR ”Click 2 CALL” SYSTEM. CAN BE SUSPENDED AND LOOSING THEIR MEMBERSHIP/CREDIT WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

2d. 2MatchU allow only one Account per IP address. If you try to sign up a second account from the same computer you maybe blocked from the site. (No refund)

3. You will use the 2matchU service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street address, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential Personal Information section.

5. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. 2matchU reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions, and can risk to lose any membership/credit they have bought for our services (No Refund).

6. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other 2matchU Members. For protection of members against such conduct. 2matchU has imposed a 36 messages-per-day limit on subscribers.

7. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

8. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other 2matchU Members. 2matchU reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2matchU, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the 2matchU service, including any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

We reserve the rights at any time to:
1. To change the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. To change any fees or charges for this agreement.
3. To change the site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on now or in the feature of the site.
4. we reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason effective upon sending written notice to the other party. All membership fees paid are non-refundable.
